Upset/RIP OFF/ Humble Planet ford 59 New Car SALES...!!

Your Sales reps By the name of Moustafa Lincoln Muhammad at the 59 location Ripped me and my dad off, Didnt want to sale me my vehicle at the price of the sale, Fixed paper work illegally without me even on it as a buyer, just my dad. Ran my check after telling me to bring in the cash and that he was going to tear up my check. I have all of my paper work but Theyre now calling my dad harrassing him to bring in $500 in order to get the license plates. When i got the vehicle it was 400 miles already on the vehicle and it was sold as brand new. My father wants me to bring the vehicle back to the lot to get rid of the headache, ive already had to bring the vehicle in to the shop because the check engine light was on and the car was shaking.. Imagine my whole experience.

The mexican carsalesmen with an accent ends up keeping my trade in vehicle he supposly said he would take my trade in home to give to his Christian friend becuause Humberto is ”Christian” crooks. Becareful that your tradein isnt keeped for there perssonal reasons.

There abunch of crooks everone should know how PlanetFord works. Im Christian aswell but my religion teaches us right from wrong.

And why would a carsalesmen keep my trade in to give to his friend,im sure his boss knows whats Humberto has been doing. :)

Refused to Issue Warranty Cancellation Refund

I have been trying to cancel an extended warranty, issued from Planet Ford 59, since May. I sent all paper work required and was told it would take 6-8 weeks.

8 weeks later I followed up because I had not received my refund. I was then told they lost my paperwork, and needed to do it again. I submitted again, and they lost it again. I left numerous messages, and no one would call me back.

Finally I asked to speak with anyone in the management level, and got a gentleman named Casey Angelich. He said that he would get it taken care of and call me back. This was at the end of August. I tried calling him a week or 2 later and left numerous messages again, and again got no response, so my wife and I drove to Humble to speak to someone in person.

We spoke with Casey. He said that he had gotten our messages, and sent them to the accounting dept. He would have someone get it taken care of ASAP. Since then I have emailed him, and he has forwarded me to someone else, who in turn has given us the same run around, and we still have nothing 5 months later.

I'm tired of getting the run around and want my money!!! I have done everything requested of me in a timely fashion and have done everything in my power to attempt to get someone to follow through with this matter, however, after been given the run around for nearly seven months. I have filed with the BBB. I have called.

Since then, everyone I have dealt with has quit and I still do not have my money.

I am obtaining a lawyer to get this check. Sucks that half the money will be spent tryign to get the check that is rightfully mine.
